Terms of Service

4.3 Group Structure. Group sessions accommodate a maximum of 7 (seven) students. Nona Academy bears the teacher's fee regardless of the number of enrolled students in a given group.

4.4 Price Changes. Nona Academy reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Confirmed and paid orders are honoured at the price in effect at the time of purchase; prospective price changes do not affect existing active subscriptions.

5. Payment Terms

​

5.1 Payment Methods. Payments are processed through the payment links on the Platform. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the Platform.

​

5.2 Transaction Fee. Each payment transaction is subject to a 2.43% processing fee charged by the payment service provider on the gross amount. This fee is disclosed to the student at the point of purchase.

​

• 3-Month Upfront: 10% discount; embedded in the payment link price.

• 6-Month Upfront: 20% discount; embedded in the payment link price.

• Affiliate Discount: 10% via GoAffPro coupon code; cost absorbed by Nona Academy.

Discounts are non-stackable. Where more than one discount condition is simultaneously met, only the highest applicable discount will apply.

5.4 VAT. All stated prices include 20% VAT. Nona Academy issues invoices on a VAT-inclusive basis in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

​

6.1 Right of Withdrawal. Under Turkish consumer protection legislation and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal expires where performance of a digital content or online service contract has commenced with the consumer's express consent. Nona Academy obtains this express consent at the point of purchase.

​

6.2 Lesson Cancellation — Student-Initiated. Cancellation of a booked lesson at least 24 hours in advance will result in a credit being returned to the student's account. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable as credit.

​

6.3 Lesson Cancellation — Nona Academy-Initiated. Lessons cancelled due to technical failures or teacher/speaker unavailability attributable to Nona Academy will be fully compensated; the student may choose between a refund or rescheduling.

6.4 Subscription Refunds. Refunds for unused lessons within an active Study Plan period are subject to the conditions set out in the detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Student Obligations

​

• Provide complete and accurate information at registration.

• Attend lessons at the scheduled times; acknowledge that late arrival or absence may affect lesson credit entitlement.

• Treat Teachers, Speakers, and other users with respect; refrain from harassment, discrimination, or sharing obscene content.

• Refrain from copying, distributing, or reselling lesson recordings, materials, or platform content without prior written consent.

• Refrain from any technical attempts to compromise platform security.

• Refrain from sharing an account with more than one person.

Breach of these obligations entitles Nona Academy to immediately suspend or terminate the account and to claim damages where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

​

8.1 All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, lesson materials, and audiovisual works on the Platform are the property of Nona Academy or its licensors and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other applicable legislation.

​

8.2 The Student is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited licence to use the Platform and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence may not be sub-licensed under any circumstances.

​

8.3 Recording of lesson sessions by the Student via any means is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Nona Academy and the relevant Teacher/Speaker.

​

9. Limitation of Liability

​

9.1 Nona Academy provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty is given that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely.

​

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nona Academy's total aggregate liability for any single event shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Student in the 3 (three) months immediately preceding such event.

​

9.3 Nona Academy shall not be held liable for disruptions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including internet connection outages, third-party software failures, or issues attributable to the Student's own technical infrastructure.

​

9.4 Teachers and Speakers are independent contractors, not employees of Nona Academy. Nona Academy does not accept direct liability for acts or omissions of independent contractors, while retaining its obligation to monitor the quality of services delivered through the Platform.

10. Data Protection

​

10.1 Nona Academy processes your personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and applicable secondary legislation. Comprehensive information on our data processing activities is set out in the KVKK Disclosure Notice and Privacy Policy published on the Platform.

​

10.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to Nona Academy processing your personal data for the purposes of service delivery, invoicing, communication, and fulfilment of legal obligations, subject to the conditions set out in the KVKK Disclosure Notice.

11. Amendments

​

Nona Academy reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication of the revised text on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes. Notice of material changes will be sent to your registered email address.

​

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

​

12.1 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

​

12.2 Consumer Rights. Disputes arising under Turkish consumer legislation may be referred to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the applicable statutory thresholds.

​

12.3 Jurisdiction. Without prejudice to disputes governed by consumer legislation, the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
