If you submit your requests regarding these rights using the methods specified in the NONA ACADEMY (“NONA”) Data Subject Application Form available at www.nona.academy, your application will be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 (thirty) days. While no fee is charged for these requests as a rule, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
The Data Subject undertakes that the information subject to this Clarification Text is complete, accurate, and up to date, and in case of any changes to this information, he/she will update it immediately. If the Data Subject fails to provide up-to-date information, the Company will not be held liable for any consequences.
As a Data Subject, if you request that any of your personal data not be used by the Company, you acknowledge that you may not be able to fully benefit from the operation of the Site and accept that you are solely responsible for any consequences that may arise in this regard.
