Previously, he gained expertise in the global remote work industry as a Customer Experience Representative with Firstbase (USA, UK, Germany) and co-founded Kadir'in Atölyesi, an acclaimed workshop creating minimalist furniture from reclaimed materials, inspired by Finnish eco-conscious values.

The foundation for Sefa's multifaceted career lies in over a decade of experience in academia. For more than seven years, he served as a Lecturer and Prep Class Supervisor at Yaşar University, leading academic teams and developing curriculum. His commitment to global education is highlighted by extensive international experience, including roles as a Visiting Lecturer in Sweden, a Comenius Language Assistant in Finland, and an ESL Teaching Intern in Estonia.
